Facebook Friday Friend: Michelle Villanueva

This Week’s Facebook Friday Friend

Who: Michelle Villanueva

Profession: Makeup Artist

Website: http://www.shadowshields.com/

Michelle came up with a wonderful product, “All of us ladies need to applaud her!” (Cueing the “APPLAUD” sign and hearing the claps from my imaginary studio audiance) Lol! The product is called Shadow Shields and it’s a must have for eye makeup application, so you won’t have those Raccoon Eyes.

Bio: Creative and bright, Michelle Villanueva is a makeup artist, mother and creator of makeup’s newest must-have tool, Shadow Shields! She oversees the operations, strategic direction, execution of sales, distribution, marketing and advertising initiatives for the company. This busy ingenue developed Shadow Shields to help save time and mess!
“Whether it was trying to get myself ready with twin boys running around, or making sure that my client was on time, I knew that I had to create something that would help every woman, every makeup artist save that extra 10-15 minutes it was taking to touch up the mess of eyeshadow fallout!,” says Villanueva.
Michelle has worked as a freelance makeup artist in Southern California since 2003, specializing in fashion and corporate photo shoots, as well as bridal and special event makeup. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University, Long Beach.

Michelle, Congrats on all your success, in business and family! Hopefully there will be more innovative ideas coming for you!!

Until the next time stay, “Beautiful, Sassy, and Sophisticated!!”

Shemmyla Green aka Ms. Sophisticated
